Diploma sketch plan - corrected text

Dear Colleagues,
the diploma sketch plan will be evaluated at the original date, March 31st, beginning at 9am and we will try personal presentation.
The presentation platform is Microsoft Teams. Everyone is asked to practice the presentation technique with their consultant.
Each student has a strict time of 15 minutes (including a changeover), so we would ask for a 5 minute presentation.
At 11.15, we take a quarter-hour break and at 13:00 a half-hour break. All students can watch all presentations.
The sketch design will be qualified at the end of the presentation, and will receive a qualifying presentation on April 14, with similar terms and conditions.
Sketch plans must also be uploaded to Teams by 9am on the day of the presentation. Those who do not have the appropriate background for the live word presentation will be evaluated on the basis of the uploaded material (please anticipate this).
During the presentation, indicate the chosen discipline.
